5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at help@shopozy.in or WhatsApp support

  2. Share your Order ID + reason for return + product images (if needed)

  3. Our team will verify and approve your request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on return shipping

Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank account (for COD orders)

Shipping Charges

  • Free returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • For other reasons (change of mind), a small return fee may apply

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos for quick resolution

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
