You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable

Used or damaged items not due to our error
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID + reason for return + product images (if needed)

Our team will verify and approve your request within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on return shipping
