  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on most orders (if applicable)

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations

  • A small confirmation step (OTP/Call) may be required before dispatch

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellation

Delivery Issues

If you face any issues:

  • Package marked delivered but not received

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Orders may be returned if:

    • Customer is unavailable

    • Incorrect address or contact details

    • Order is refused at delivery

  • In such cases:

    • Re-shipping may require prepaid payment

    • COD option may be disabled for future orders
